Trust & Responsible Communications

At OnAir Telecom, these principles are built into how we onboard customers, manage responsible use and support trusted voice communications.

Responsible Communications

Our review considers business identity, formation and location, ownership and management, business activity, online presence and intended use of OnAir Telecom services. Where information is incomplete, inconsistent or raises compliance concerns, additional information and review may be required.

Responsible business communication verification

Controlled Onboarding.

Access to OnAir Telecom services is subject to review. We assess the information provided by customers against their proposed use of our communications services and may request additional information where appropriate.

Depending on the outcome of that review, customers may be approved, approved with conditions, held pending further information or rejected. This gives OnAir Telecom a clear process for assessing customers before services are activated.
