Subpoenas, court orders and other law enforcement inquiries seeking other information (i.e., non-intercept related) must be sent directly to On Air Telecom LLC. The preferred method for delivery of these law enforcement inquiries to On Air Telecom. is via email. Guidelines for Legal Process are specified below.

Please Note: All requests for records production should be accompanied by the appropriate subpoena, legal process and/or documentation and must name “On Air Telecom” as the service provider. Also, all requests must include the sender’s name (and for criminal investigations, the law enforcement agency name), address, email address and telephone number. Because On Air Telecom LLC does not generally provide service to end user customers, its response may only include the name and contact information of the wholesale customer to whom that telephone number is assigned. A separate request must be sent to that carrier, service provider or reseller to obtain subscriber or other information.
